DETAILS

  • DAYS / TIMES
    • The 3-Day Camp is from 8AM-6PM, Monday through Wednesday
  • AGES – Suggested ages of 10 – 15 years old
  • ENROLLMENT – Limited to 10 attendees per performance / appreciation camp, so enroll early!
  • LUNCH, SNACKS, DRINKS – Bring a sack lunch, extra snack and drink/water bottle. There is a SUBWAY within walking distance.
  • INSTRUMENTS – Attendees should bring their own instruments if they choose to play a stringed instrument (guitar, bass guitar, violin, etc.) or brass instrument (trumpet, sax, etc.). Amps, keyboards and drums are provided.
  • MATERIALS – Attendees should bring a journal/spiral and pen/pencil. Mobile devices are allowed but usage is monitored.
  • FIELD TRIPS – Field trips may have an additional fee associated. Field trips include: Record Shopping, Movies, Recording Studio, historic music venues, museums, etc. Field trips will be announced a week prior to the camp. Recording Studio field trip is included in the Bands Camp.
  • PAYMENT – Requires 50% up-front payment of all camps with the remainder due one week prior to first scheduled camp.
  • FORMS – Upon Registering, you will receive a CAMP FORM PACKET via email. These forms must be completed and returned to ALCHEMY at least 5-days prior to camp start date. The forms will include the following:
    • General Terms of Enrollment
    • Media Release
    • Health
    • Registration Contact
    • Liability Release
  • CANCELLATION – If you need to cancel, please do so in writing with the attendee’s name and camp dates. You can send your cancellation notification to scheduling@alchemymusictx.com. If you cancel at least 5 days prior to your scheduled camp, you will receive a 50% refund on what has been paid to-date. If you cancel less than 5 days prior to your camp, you will receive a 20% refund on what has been paid to-date.
  • SIGN-OUT – A designated parent/guardian must sign-out attendee(s) when picking up unless other arrangements have been made. If someone other that the legal parent/guardian is picking up the attendee, Alchemy must be notified prior to pick-up.
  • LATE PICK-UP – Attendeess must be picked up by their designated pick-up time or a late pick-up fee will be billed to the account at $1 per minute.
